Following the success of our Autumn Seminar Series which included topics such as shareholder agreements, joint ventures, partnerships and limited liability partnerships, we are pleased to announce our Spring Seminar series:

Dates: Tuesday 21 February, Tuesday 20 March and Tuesday 24 April 2012
Time: 4.30pm – 6.00pm

Topics are to be confirmed but are likely to include franchising, distribution and agency.
